Our government has created a new entity to increase energy taxes under the guise of global warming. RGGI is a cap and trade greenhouse gas regulating institution. So far, RGGI has made no impact on the environment. The only impact RGGI has made is sky high energy costs. Never mind that global warming is a complete lie, the crooks on Capitol Hill are still apparently worried about “carbon foot prints.” In reality, they could care less about the false science of global warming. The Beltway bandits are only concerned with fattening their wallets.

Congress is on vacation and they continue to REFUSE to listen to the people. Make Congress finally listen by sending faxes that will be waiting for them when they return from vacation. It's time we get a vacation from their tax hikes!

The scandal behind RGGI is shocking. The head of the organization, Jonathan Schrag recently purchased a $2.2 million dollar condo in Manhattan. His posh residence includes 3 bedrooms, two baths and a breathtaking view of the Manhattan skyline. While Schrag lives a life of luxury, hardworking Americans are getting hit with huge energy bills-directly from Schrag! So far, Schrag has refused to disclose his salary or the salary of any of his employees. The IRS requires companies to disclose what they pay themselves and their workers. Something fishy is going on at RGGI.

Our hard earned tax dollars are funding a bogus organization that is giving huge payouts to Obama's Liberal crooks. The organization is pure corruption and cronyism. RGGI accomplishes nothing. It only sticks huge tax increases on energy for consumers. After RGGI came to town energy prices in New England rose 0.9%. This fictitious organization oversees 10 states in the Northeast. If the limousine Liberals have their way, RGGI will become a national organization. Don't let the pro-tax nuts make your energy bill skyrocket!
