Obamacare mandates health-care rationing which creates "death panels" for the elderly by diverting Medicare funds to unemployed welfare recipients, forcing Medicare physicians into bankruptcy. Obamacare creates socialist government-control of 1/6th of the U.S. economy under massive bureaucracies that hurt businesses, cost jobs, and don't care for patients like private doctors do. Obamacare is projected to cost $2.5 trillion during the first ten years the plan is fully implemented. The bill burdens employers, and CBO estimates up to 5 million workers will lose private insurance. Obamacare has already been declared unconstitutional in preliminary court rulings. The Commerce Clause does not give Congress power to force private citizens to buy private insurance against their will.
