RE: REPEAL Obamacare's Individual Mandate!

Dear [Sen./Rep.] [LAST NAME]:

I'm writing to demand that you REPEAL the unconstitutional individual mandate in the government-imposed healthcare law -- known as Obamacare by passing H.R. 1101, the "End the Mandate Act".

The U.S. Supreme Court has declared that the individual mandate is unconstitutional under the Commerce Clause; however, it IS constitutional as a TAX -- and that tax MUST be REPEALED. The fact is, this entire law is a giant step towards socialized medicine, and a majority of Americans opposed its passage. But Congress ignored that majority, and passed it anyway, despite our clear wishes, as shown in the 2010 Congressional elections. However, it's not too late -- you now have a chance to REPEAL the individual mandate in "Obamacare," and finally begin to implement the will of the majority of Americans.

And if you don't -- remember, elections DO matter, and We The People are ready to use the power of our votes AGAIN to REMOVE every single politician that continues to support socialized healthcare. We will NOT forget ANY of these Congressional votes.

The American people are OUTRAGED that this monstrosity passed, and that the Supreme Court upheld this mandate as a tax. Congress needs to actually REPRESENT us for a change. Please, do the RIGHT thing: REPEAL the individual mandate in this government-imposed healthcare law -- by passing H.R. 1101, the "End the Mandate Act". Thank you.
