RE: I strongly oppose President Obama's freedom to appoint czars to positions of power in government with no accountability to the Senate. This is unconstitutional, according to Article 2, Sect. II!

Dear [Rep.] [LAST NAME]:

I'm writing to urge you to support Congressman Kingston's bill that will require czars to be confirmed by the United States Senate, rather than appointed by the President.

Article 2, Sect. II of the Constitution clearly states that Congress MUST BE involved in Presidential appointments.

I expect you to accurately reflect my views in this matter and I will be watching your response very closely.

Sincerely,
