I agree that the U.S. Senate should REJECT Judge Sonia Sotomayor from confirmation to the U.S. Supreme Court, due to that fact that she has proven that she will not decide cases exclusively based upon the law and the Constitution but will also consider personal biases. She is a known judicial activist who would "legislate from the Supreme Court bench!"
